A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. When you contact us, we use the details in your message only to respond.

Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the site and understand page use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may use cookies or comparable technology.

Privacy on Linked Services
County portals, Arkansas services, archives, libraries, and outside search providers apply their own privacy terms. Their policies govern information entered after following a link, including data submitted for sponsored results.

The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal data retained by a website. Arkansas does not currently provide a broad general adult consumer-data deletion law in the research used for this project. Because we keep little data, a request normally means checking contact mail and available server logs. Use the Contact page. Records held by Arkansas, Faulkner County, or Conway offices remain under each custodian's control.
